PLATFORM ECONOMICS

SOUNDH & the platform economy

Soundhood audio tokens use the platform's own contracts. The official SOUNDH token is planned for a separate Pons V2 launch, subject to Pons launch and trading rules.

50%of own-platform trading fees for the token creator
35%reserved for future SOUNDH buybacks
15%for platform operations

Soundhood audio tokens are designed to charge a 1% trading fee, split equally between creator and platform. Once platform revenue reaches the vault as ETH, 70% accumulates in the buyback budget and 30% is payable only to the fixed operations treasury. These percentages divide fee revenue.

Buybacks stay disabled for the initial release. The budget accumulates while activation is prepared. A signed-report oracle candidate has passed local tests; its production reporting service is not installed, and no oracle is deployed, proposed, or active. Activation requires separate validation, a public three-day proposal delay, and an explicit transaction. The authority cannot withdraw the reserved budget.

Creator fees from the official SOUNDH market on Pons are a separate stream paid to the treasury. They do not enter Soundhood's 70/30 allocation. Pons controls that market's launch-window taxes and protocol terms.

The deployment authority retains control over the future oracle proposal and activation. Other owner powers remain, including launch controls and certain delayed recovery actions. A delay or a pinned code hash does not prove that an oracle reports a correct price.
